The Charity Network

Part of Al-Haqq Organisation | A Unified Platform for Charitable Giving

Aims and Objectives

The Muslim community is highly regarded for its charitable nature so we aim to carry on the work of giving after Ramadhan In-Sha-Allah. The needs of various charitable causes are immense, both internationally and locally, including those in Palestine, Sudan, Syria and local Islamic projects. It is our duty to respond to these causes and we all have an urge to respond. But will Allah ﷻ allow you the opportunity to obtain the reward of providing ease for your brothers and sisters in need?

Vision

The Charity Network envisions creating a platform that eases the burden of giving through the power of Unity. We hope to reach 1,000 members by next Ramadan 1446/2025 as more the members the more we can achieve in Unity at the same time making it easier In-Sha-Allah.

The Prophet ﷺ said (to the nearest meaning),  “The upper hand is better than the lower hand (i.e. he who gives in charity is better than him who takes it).
(Riyad as-Salihin 296)

Mission

The Charity Network aims to harness the power of unity by offering a user-friendly donation platform that benefits both donors and charitable causes. If 1,000 members simply pledge £1 – £5 per month, donating will be easy for the giver but immense for the charity In-Sha-Allah.

The Prophet ﷺ said (to the nearest meaning), “Save yourself from hellfire by giving even half a date-fruit in charity.”
(Al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Hadith 498)

The rewards of charitable giving

We can contribute to easing the hardships of others, knowing that Allah ﷻ will reward us for our efforts.

The Prophet ﷺ said (to the nearest meaning), “Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.”
(Al-Tirmidhi 589)

A return on investment is not something you would normally associate with charitable donations. Nonetheless, Allah ﷻ promises us that he will increase our wealth, sustenance and bring us success in this life and in the hereafter when we give Sadaqah.

“Indeed, the men who practice charity and the women who practice charity and [they who] have loaned Allah a goodly loan – it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a noble reward.” (Surah Al Hadeed 57 Ayah 18)

How can I join?

We invite brothers to join us in this aim and spread and promote The Charity Network to your family, friends and associates to join too. We are hoping to reach 1,000 members by next Ramadan 1446/2025 In-Sha-Allah so please help us achieve this target. More the members the more we can achieve in Unity at the same time making the work easier In-Sha-Allah.

The smallest act of Sadaqah – even one that seems irrelevant to you – is enough to save you from the Hellfire if Allah ﷻ so wishes.

Sometimes, we talk ourselves out of doing small acts of kindness because we think they aren’t enough. But Allah ﷻ tells us repeatedly that they are, and that we should race to do good – even when we can’t see the value in it.

Abu Huraira reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said (to the nearest meaning), “Take on only as much as you can do of good deeds, for the best of deeds is that which is done consistently, even if it is little.”
(Sunan Ibn Mājah 4240)
